Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Scriptwriter to join our YouTube automation team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging, compelling, and high-quality scripts tailored to specific niches and audiences across various YouTube channels. You will collaborate with content creators, editors, and project managers to bring video concepts to life, ensuring that each script aligns with the desired tone, pacing, and style.

Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and write scripts for YouTube videos across various niches (e.g., entertainment, education, lifestyle, etc.)
Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and create engaging video concepts and ideas
Adapt scripts based on feedback from the creative team, ensuring they meet audience expectations and platform trends
Write scripts that maintain audience engagement and adhere to YouTube’s content guidelines and SEO best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a scriptwriter, preferably for YouTube or other online video platforms
Strong storytelling, writing, and research skills
Ability to write scripts that are engaging, concise, and suited to a digital audience
Familiarity with YouTube content, trends, and SEO strategies
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
Knowledge of different niches is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Creative Writing, Film, or related fields
Experience working in YouTube automation
